POSITION TITLE Japanese Bilingual Network Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support for network and infrastructure services
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Perform basic troubleshooting following established procedures
Collaborate with team members in a bilingual environment
Participate in rotating shift schedules including nights and weekends
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Basic PC skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc.)
Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
LOCATION Los Angeles, CA (On-site Work)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time / Non-exempt
SHIFT SCHEDULE
Rotating weekly shifts (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00), including weekends and holidays (5 working days per week)
SALARY Hourly rate: $21
