POSITION SUMMARY
A leading Japanese food manufacturer is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, hands-on ERP implementation experience, and the ability to align technology with business goals. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure timely delivery, and play a key role in digital transformation across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead ERP Projects: Own end-to-end ERP implementations—from planning and discovery to go-live and optimization—driving results across departments.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts between IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
* Project Excellence: Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using structured methodologies. Track milestones, mitigate risks, and keep projects on course.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate clearly with executives and teams. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and lead UAT to ensure alignment and buy-in.
* System & Data Oversight: Ensure ERP configurations match business workflows and maintain data integrity across modules. Support data migration and cleansing.
* Change Management & Training: Develop adoption strategies, create training materials, and lead sessions to empower users and ensure long-term success.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
* 3+ years of ERP implementation and project management experience
* Familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or NetSuite
* Strong grasp of finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Preferred: PMP/CBAP/ERP certifications, industry experience in food or logistics, bilingual (Japanese-English)
* Occasional travel required
BASE SALARY USD85,000 - 120,000 (DOE)
