POSITION SUMMARY
A leading organization is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Planning to drive strategic initiatives, enhance business infrastructure, and lead transformative, data-driven projects. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical excellence, and the ability to independently manage complex cross-functional programs. The position also offers opportunities to collaborate with global leadership and mentor junior team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead high-impact corporate initiatives by developing long‑term strategies and strengthening company-wide planning functions.
Drive data‑driven decision‑making through advanced analytics, KPI frameworks, and performance monitoring.
Manage major cross-functional projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Operations to modernize and optimize business processes.
Collaborate closely with global headquarters, ensuring alignment on business management practices and data standards.
Evaluate capital investment opportunities and support the end‑to‑end M&A process, including analysis and integration planning.
Oversee full project lifecycles—scoping, planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management—while delivering measurable outcomes.
Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Mentor junior team members and help elevate analytical capabilities across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Business Analytics; Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
5–7 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic management, consulting, or a senior corporate staff role with exposure to large-scale projects.
Strong capability in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to build quantitative and qualitative models for performance diagnosis and forecasting.
Proficiency with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, as well as advanced Excel functions.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data sets and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of global operations, governance, risk management, and the investment/M&A lifecycle.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
