JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise and support to our sales departments, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with our development departments in company, making Japanese language proficiency or native speaker status essential. The Technical Sales Support Specialist will also be responsible for reviewing questionnaires and approval documents, supporting projects, analyzing the U.S.A. market, planning new products, processing customer complaints, and providing sales departments with information on new products and product changes. Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese are necessary for success in this position.
•Provide technical clarification and support to sales departments, both through customer visits and web meetings.
•Collaborate closely with the development departments of company to address technical questions and contribute to projects
•Review and verify questionnaires and approval documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for customers
•Assist with projects and assume special tasks as assigned by the supervisor
•Conduct market analysis, particularly focusing on the U.S.A. market, and plan new products for company R&D Department, targeting areas such as automotive, industrial, new energy, and home appliances
•Process customer complaints promptly and effectively, providing appropriate resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
•Communicate information regarding new products and product changes from company to sales departments, requiring fluency in English
