POSITION TITLE Administrative Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
This role involves document preparation and management in both Japanese and English, handling contracts and invoices, and communicating with clients and vendors. Additional responsibilities include data entry, schedule coordination, meeting preparation, office supply management, and assisting local staff with real estate documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage documents in Japanese and English
Handle contracts, invoices, receipts, and other administrative paperwork
Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email (Japanese & English)
Input and update data in internal systems
Manage schedules, prepare meetings, and handle office supplies
Organize and file real estate-related documents
Provide general support to local staff
QUALIFICATIONS
Native or business-level Japanese proficiency
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Email)
Prior experience in administrative roles or real estate industry preferred
