We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mold Sales Representative to join our sales team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Mold Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate and manage sales orders related to molds from Japanese auto parts related companies.You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the target market. Your ability to understand the unique needs and requirements of our clients will be essential in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. •Identify and target Japanese auto parts related companies that require molds for their manufacturing processes •Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively penetrate the target market and achieve sales goals •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service •Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends, and use this information to refine sales strategies •Understand clients' specific mold requirements, provide accurate product information, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs •Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our molds •Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties •Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment •Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to sales management •Stay updated on industry developments, product advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market JOB REQUIREMENTS |
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. •Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry or mold manufacturing sector. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. •Strong understanding of mold manufacturing processes and the ability to comprehend technical specifications. •Familiarity with the Japanese auto parts industry and understanding of Japanese business culture is highly advantageous. •Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. •Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. •Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and verbal. •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
