Sales Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consults with both existing and potential clients to evaluate and comprehend equipment needs and system requirements.
• Creates or assists in creating presentations and other documentation and materials to elucidate products and services to customers.
• Provides expertise and assistance to sales teams in conveying products, services, and customer needs.
• Ensures customer needs are met, potentially including product modifications.
• Proposes enhanced materials or products to customers and elucidates the benefits of changes.
• Offers support to customers and resolves issues with installed equipment.
• Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
• Assists in the research and development of new products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of technical aspects and product knowledge to provide sales support.
• Experience in research and development and product proposals is desirable.

OTHERS

• Flexibility and adaptability are required to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work may involve both teamwork and independent tasks.
• Full-time or availability for at least 30 hours per week is preferred.
