Project Management activities:
•Leads/Assists managing all aspects of project implementation which includes:
Project Plan and Schedule through project execution and delivery; Project customization/
tailoring according to changing needs; Sequence of seminars, workshops, and training
Periodic project status reports; Pitch company introduction/product in front of audience,
stakeholders.
•Develops and maintains strategic plans including product roadmaps, financials, competitive
landscape, market share data, and customer needs and requirements; communicate and
collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations leadership to ensure
organizational alignment
•Conducts in-depth market research and design growth strategies
•Generates new ideas and solutions by making connections between diverse types of Start-ups,
customers, suppliers, markets, and processes
•Actively participates/cooperates in cross-functional brainstorming sessions within company
•Build new networks to develop product capability/supply chain, etc.
•Resolve issues and achieve goals by working closely with related team members as well as all
internal departments within company
•Periodically measure and monitor performance review
•Develops short- and long-term customer relationships with start-ups, suppliers, designers,
and developers to build and optimize results

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Communication Skill: verbal and written and solid presentation skills
•Team building and interpersonal skill with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•Minimum of 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the chemical
materials or electric parts industry with a focus on the consumer electric device field.
•Strong track record of successful negotiations with start-ups, suppliers, customers
•Experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders and product development teams
across the global organization
•Have learning agility and willingness to learn new skills in business development and have the
sprit to challenge new business
•Knowledge of the chemical materials, electric parts market and film (Adhesive tapes or adhesive resin for industrial) is preferred
•Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Business Administration or equivalent, or equivalent combination of
education and work experience.
•Business level of English and Japanese is preferred
•This position requires the employee to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and
reach with hands and arms.
•Must have a valid Driver’s License when traveling to areas where a car is needed.
•Ability to respond to multiple work pressures, listen, understand, interpret, solve problems and travel to other locations both within and outside of the local region possibly on short notice.
BENEFITS
Salary Range: USD150K-170K
