JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for directing and coordinating all marketing efforts, including the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, branding initiatives, market research and digital marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance the company's market presence.
Strategic Planning and Implementation
•Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that is aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
•Coordinate and oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they are consistent with the company's brand and message.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
•Develop pricing strategies and positioning in the market based on market and analysis, aiming to meet the business's revenue and profitability goals.

•Coordinate content creation for online platforms and social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging, and engaging with the online audience to foster community and customer loyalty.
•Oversee the management of email marketing campaigns, optimizing content for engagement and conversion, and segmenting email lists for more personalized, targeted messaging.
•Lead and manage the company's online presence, including website content and social media channels.

•Collaborate with internal personnel/department to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and support business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
•At least 5 years of experience in marketing department, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
•Ability to use the following systems/software:
Computer Systems, Productivity Software, Project Management Tools, Communication Platforms
Video Conferencing Tools, Data Analysis Tools,
•Business level of English skill and Conversational level to Business level of Japanese is a plus
(required for work related)
•Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise impactful marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and boost its market presence.
•Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.

•Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the company's brand message and collaborate with team members and external partners.
