POSITION SUMMARY
A global financial organization is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Cash Management Specialist. This is a hybrid role to commute to NYC office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support customer onboarding and deliver training on online cash management channels
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues and respond promptly to inquiries
Maintain inquiry logs and manage documentation for ongoing servicing
Communicate customer issues to internal teams and collaborate on resolutions
Participate in product development testing and distribute scheduled reports
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support adhoc duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Min 3 years of experience in financial services
Knowledge of cash management channels
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multi‑step processes in a fast‑paced environment
Business‑level English; Japanese preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
