Human Resources Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire hiring process, including recruitment strategies, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Develop initiatives to enhance engagement, resolve conflicts, and support leadership in complex issues.
- Benefit Administration: Administer benefits programs, ensure compliance, and communicate benefits information.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce policies, stay updated on laws, and manage personnel files.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisal processes, track employee performance, and guide goal setting.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and ensure compliance with requirements.
- HR Analytics: Utilize metrics for decision-making, analyze compensation reports, and monitor market trends.
- Payroll Management: Handle payroll cycles and maintain employee profiles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
- HR management or related experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of legal regulations and labor laws
- Respect for employee privacy and confidentiality.
- HR-related certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
