POSITION TITLE Human Resources Associate (onsite) 

 

POSITION SUMMARY

A dynamic and growing organization is seeking a versatile HR Associate to support key administrative functions across HR, procurement, and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth running of internal processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Human Resources Support

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Organize and maintain HR documents including contracts, evaluation forms, and personnel files

  • Update and maintain employee information databases

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

  • Coordinate employee training sessions

  • Support updates to the Employee Handbook

  • Liaise with legal counsel regarding visa renewals and maintain related documentation

  • Work with insurance brokers to manage Health, Dental, and Vision insurance renewals and updates

  • Coordinate commercial insurance renewals and ensure records are up to date

  • Oversee the company’s 401(k) program, including broker coordination, compliance, and documentation

 

Purchasing Duties

  • Request quotations, issue purchase orders, and coordinate delivery schedules

  • Process incoming and outgoing orders

  • Maintain purchasing-related records, files, and contracts

  • Handle internal purchasing requests and support invoice processing, including system data entry

 

General & Administrative Support

  • Provide general office support: answering calls, greeting visitors, checking mail, and responding to the doorbell

  • Assist with company events, safety, and wellness initiatives

  • Support employees and managers across departments

  • Arrange hotel and rental car reservations

  • Coordinate company vehicle maintenance

  • Organize repairs for building and office equipment

  • Manage lunch orders as needed

  • Update customer portals (insurance, training, OSHA, etc.)

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and office supplies

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Prior experience in HR, purchasing, or administrative roles is a plus

 

SALARY USD50,000-55,000
