Trading company located in Itasca IL is looking for Inside Sales Associate.
This is the hybrid position and commute to office 3 times a week or more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders using ERP systems
Respond to customer emails promptly, assess needs, and build relationships
Source and procure parts based on customer specifications
Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer data
Track order status and coordinate with vendors, logistics, and internal teams
Support resolution of routine shipment or order issues
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Perform other relevant tasks as needed
