POSITION Sales Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and expanding sales of the company’s product portfolio to existing and new accounts across major regional and national retailers and distributors. The role focuses on achieving annual sales targets and executing key company initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations
Manage key accounts and oversee daily operations (orders, forecasting, payments, etc.)
Lead and coach a team of up to 3 direct reports; participate in hiring
Set performance goals and conduct reviews
Develop retailer-specific sales strategies (distribution, pricing, promotions)
Analyze sales and ROI; report market trends and competitive insights
Utilize data tools (SAP, Circana, retailer platforms) for strategic planning
Drive gross and net sales growth; manage trade programs and budgets
Prepare presentations for customer meetings and category reviews
Supervise brokers and ensure execution of objectives
Collaborate with SCM, Finance, and Marketing teams for smooth operations and product launches
Attend trade shows and industry meetings
Sales Management
Assist in pricing decisions and profit analysis
Train sales staff as needed
Contribute to sales budgeting and strategic planning
Other Duties
Seek process improvements and cost efficiencies
Handle special projects and miscellaneous tasks
Uphold ethical standards and maintain a safe, clean work environment
Ensure clear communication across departments
SALARY USD 160,000-200,000
