POSITION SUMMARY
A growing organization is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic decision‑making. This position partners closely with senior leadership, transforming financial data into actionable insights that shape the company’s future direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage advanced financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Forecasts, KPIs, FX, debt schedules)
Perform short‑ and long‑term forecasting using data‑driven methods
Conduct variance analysis and deliver recommendations to department leaders
Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operations)
Monitor cash flow cycles and working capital initiatives
Prepare executive dashboards and quarterly reporting materials
Identify opportunities for automation utilizing tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Support risk management and internal control processes
Lead or support projects focused on continuous improvement and business continuity
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or accounting
Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query); proficiency with ERP systems
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
Experience with data analytics (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights
Strong adaptability and analytical reasoning skills
SALARY USD 87,000–$115,800
