JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop key contacts of key division and decision makers in OEMs.
Planning, developing and creation of promotion materials and activities.
Create effective proposal and solutions that speaks to the OEM needs, concerns, and objectives.
Communicate with OEMs and other related parties to promote our existing and new developing products, Develop Spec.in opportunities and close the final adoptions by working with marketing and technical support team. 
Identify the market value and business feasibility of new developing products and new planning products by working with related departments like marketing, research center, R&D.
Drive OEM’s awareness through introducing our HPPs and new Product Developments.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with middle- and senior-level management on business trends with a view to develop new products, new business system.
Develops and maintains a “Trusted Advisor” status with current customers and new clients, providing expertise and driving specification position of all Sekisui S-Lec products.
Maintains the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Complies with all regulatory requirements and internal rules of the company when conducting business.
Make and implement active travel plans to increase projects.
Make action plans and implement PDCA, collect and analyze competition information.
Complies with SSA’s Zero Emissions program.
Complies with all Federal, State, and Local Environmental Laws & Regulations related to the environmental aspects of SSA.
Agrees to prevent accidents and injuries by observing established working rules, follows the directions of managers/supervisors, practices the principles taught in safety training and provides ideas so our safety management system is improved continuously.
Complies with all other relevant employment laws and regulations and other duties as directed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and 10+ years’ experience in Automotive OEM design and vehicle development.
Solid understanding of OE organization, function structure, technology value judgement system and vehicle development process.
Must be engineering field.
OEM advanced development or program/model-start up management is prefer.
Good business acumen and an understanding of the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of engineering in mechanism or chemical.
Excellent knowledge and skills associated with all commercial areas of Sales, Technical Service and marketing, included (but not limited to): Presentation, sales contract, entertaining customers and market research.
Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written), demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a diverse workforce, superior organizational and program/project management skills and problem solving skill sets.
Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Analytical software.
Self-motivated and can operate with speed, prioritization, open-mindedness, collaboration, courage, and ability to open doors and expand new contacts and follow up projects.
Strong self-starter and can work independently to complete projects to meet KPI goals, and able to plan, organize and carry out events with minimal direction.
Ability to research, analyze and compute rates, ratios and percentages and present the results effectively through the use of graphs, charts and reports.
Ability to use software to create professional presentations, documents, and reports.
Available to travel up to 50% of the workweek.
Ability to involve related global division and other regions to solve problems.
Ability to frame and deliver effective presentations and increase customer engagement and customer loyalty.

 
BENEFITS
Salary Range: USD100K – 150K
