Bilingual Product Development Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in new product and packaging development.

• Liaise with QA departments and FDA consultants.
• Coordinate with designers and vendors for packaging.
• Review label artwork for accuracy.
• Maintain product specifications and updates.
• Distribute product information to relevant departments and partners.
• Manage product data platforms.
• Support Product Development team and managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in product development or sales support, preferably in the food industry.
• Fluency in Japanese for coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations is a plus.
