RESPONSIBILITIES
System Implementation and Operational Support for a Japanese Bank in the U.S.
Analyzing, designing, modifying, and maintaining Application Systems to meet user needs
Contributing to Team Effort and communicating with related parties in both the U.S. and Japan
Help Desk support (Tier 1 – Tier 2)
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience with system application implementation
Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Intermediate ability to read and write SQL is required.
Bilingual in both English and Japanese (Business-level skills are required for both)
Excel and Access skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Banking knowledge is nice to have, but not essential.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including qualification, work experience, training, education, and skill level.
