POSITION SUMMARY
IT company is seeking a Bilingual Technical Account Manager who is responsible for managing IT-related projects for Japanese companies in the U.S., acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing Account Management and Project Management using their technical knowledge. This role involves close collaboration with sales, support, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand client business objectives and align technical strategies to meet those goals.
Coordinate and lead regular technical review meetings with clients.
Manage the resolution of complex issues by liaising with internal engineering and support teams.
Provide guidance on product best practices, configuration, and integration.
Create and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Act as a customer advocate within the organization, influencing product development based on client feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or business analysis
Fluent in Japanese and English (required)
Eligible to work for any employer without visa support.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience in IT project management within banking or financial institutions
PMP certification
Experience with cross-border or multicultural projects
SALARY
Full-time. Exempt, $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
