POSITION SUMMARY
A Japanese entertainment company is seeking a Japanese/English bilingual Executive Assistant to join their team. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, serving as the primary point of contact for the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President, Publishing. This role involves liaising with the Board of Directors, overseeing special projects, and performing various tasks that require independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages executive schedules: Includes travel, conferences, appointments, meetings, and events.
- Represents the executive: Attends meetings and speaks on behalf of the executive.
- Handles confidential information: Manages sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepares reports and presentations: Collects and analyzes information, drafts correspondence, and manages filing systems.
- Coordinates with others: Works closely with other executives, administrative assistants, and oversees special projects.
Ensures effective in-office collaboration: Supervises employees, fosters communication, and enhances workflow through face-to-face interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in mid- to senior-level administrative support roles.
- Advanced MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese languages.
- Meticulous attention to detail, exemplary planning and time management skills, and the ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
High-level verbal and written communication skills, and discretion with personal and confidential information.
BASE SALARY USD85,000-110,000 (DOE) + Bonus
