Provide leadership across the company’s outsourcing activities from initial evaluation through deal execution
- Prepare documents for project meetings and attend them with senior colleagues
- Coordinate with various internal/external stakeholders at the group companies on specific functional-level due diligence workstreams (including post-deal operation efforts), support the teams in preparation of documents for relevant meeting with partners, facilitate meetings and negotiations
- Provide business and financial due diligence analyses of various aspects of a partner’s / a JV’s financials, customers, sales, costs, and operations
- Coordinate outside professional advisors’ due diligence activities
- Create a project financial model reflecting latest feasibility studies and due diligence to support the management’s decision making
- Manage the daily responsibilities of the deal teams and work closely with the senior management on strategy and negotiations
- Identify any accounting and reporting issues and evaluate impact on the project/the group closely working with the group accounting team / external advisors
- Support the group legal in documentation of relevant project agreements by reviewing draft and providing input. Support senior colleagues in negotiating terms in the agreements.
Provide leadership in post-deal activities
- Support JV as an initial contact point together with the group companies
- Monitor and be responsible for key post-deal activities, including synergy goals
- Making sure running projects are managed appropriately, with tasks delegated and reviewed where necessary
- Support financial reporting process of JV with close cooperation with the group accounting teams
- Identify and track key business/operational KPIs
- Provide Board of Directors reports and presentations
- Review and analyze internal financial data to identify issues, opportunities and trends including profitability, productivity, and return on investment and proactively identify issues and opportunities to guide the group decision-making
Support Sr General Manager GSCM in the following area
- Communication / coordination with the mills in the company’s daily operation
- Any special projects for the group management in collaboration with various teams
And other related tasks and activities as necessary
