RESPONSIBILITIES
- Crafting professional desktop and mobile systems
- Advising, delineating business needs, conceptualizing, constructing, testing, and deploying applications
- Introducing novel software and advancements
- Furnishing technical counsel, instruction, coaching, and assistance to users regarding hardware and applications
- Identifying and resolving issues as the primary contact
- Engaging in team meetings, training sessions, and client interactions
- Steering a team to achieve project goals, coordinating and overseeing workflow
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
- Proficient or familiar with software design and development tools and technologies
- Proficient or familiar with IT service procedures, including incident, problem, and change management
- Outstanding analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Initiative-driven individuals who collaborate effectively both internally and externally
- Proactive in addressing business needs
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and desktop environments is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
- Sustaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and collaborators
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently
SALARY
Salary should be stated as an annual range (e.g., USD 55,000 - 85,000)
