RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist all customers with any issues related to our Warehouse Management System.
- Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document end-user system issues and requests.
- Provide technical advice, guidance, training, and support to users on hardware and applications.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues through resolution as a point of contact.
- Participate in business meetings with customers.
- Learn business operations for all customers and WMS used.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
- High-level knowledge of common software, hardware, and applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service skills.
Education and/or Experience:
- College degree.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- 0-2 years of relevant help desk/IT support experience.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain, or freight forwarding
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (optional).
- Database knowledge: MySQL, MS-SQL Server, Oracle.
- Software: Eclipse, Git, Visual Studio, SVN.
- Programming languages: Java, VB.NET/C#.
- Experience with Angular JS framework and Bootstrap library is advantageous.
- Experience with data transformation and workflow automation is a plus.
SALARY
Salary should be stated as an annual range (e.g., USD 45,000 - 70,000).
