POSITION TITLE CEO Succession Candidate
POSITION SUMMARY
The selected candidate will initially join as an EVP, VP, or GM depending on expertise. Within 1–1.5 years, the candidate will transition into the CEO role, taking full responsibility for all U.S. and Mexico operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support operations at U.S. and Mexico plants
Review financial statements, cost data, and set management direction
Approve sales pricing, sourcing decisions, supplier selections, and purchase orders
Support executive‑level customer relations, including site visits and business entertainment
Participate in biannual executive meetings in Japan
QUALIFICATIONS
Native-level Japanese; business-level English
Senior leadership experience (Plant Manager, GM or above) in steel/metal manufacturing
Strong communication skills for executive and customer engagement
Hands-on experience with cost estimation and manufacturing financial statements
Ability to relocate to the Rome, Georgia area
LOCATION Rome, Georgia
SALARY
EVP: USD 180,000–200,000
VP: USD 140,000–160,000
GM: USD 130,000–140,000
