POSITION TITLE Triage Software Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for performing initial analysis and triage of defects before they are assigned to development teams. The role involves quickly identifying the root cause, filtering out environmental or setup issues, and routing defects to the appropriate team to ensure timely resolution and maintain product quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform initial defect analysis and triage
Monitor dashboards and lead triage meetings
Prepare reports for stakeholders
Drive resolution of issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
Experience in embedded software development (C/C++/Linux)
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and log analysis tools
Agile/Scrum experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Automotive infotainment domain experience
Python scripting and DLT log analysis

SALARY USD75,000-$90,000 (based on experience and skills)
