JOB RESPONSIBILITIES •Windows Scripting and Automation programming(Powershell , Python , Batch script,VB or JS etc) •Making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions •Manage server backups (onsite and cloud), network file restores, and disaster recovery preparedness. •Diagnose and resolve reported computer hardware, software, network connectivity (including VPN), printing, VOIP telephone, or other IT related issues. •Assists in the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems, products, and infrastructure. •Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service •Maintain up-to-date technical documentations for IT systems JOB REQUIREMENTS |
•5+ years of in-depth knowledge of Administration of Windows Server, 2+ years of working Knowledge of IaaS (AWS, Azure or GCP) and experience in configuring AD, DNS and GPOs. |
•3+ years of excellent knowledge of virtualization, VMWare(vCenterESXi) or equivalent, and Administration of one of Linux distributions (Redhat, Debian, Ubuntu etc.) •Windows Scripting and Automation programming(Powershell , Python , Batch script,VB or JS etc. |
•Proficiency with Windows and MacOS Client, in depth knowledge of managing EDR, Antivirus, Anti-malware software, troubleshooting various client and network related issues |
•Must have hands-on experience in supporting and managing Microsoft 365, MS Teams or similar products on PC client, and networking protocols and features, NAT, VLAN, Routing, DHCP, ACL, IDS/IPS, LB etc. •Working knowledge of SaaS (Such as Slack, Atlassian, Asana etc.), HCI, vSAN, Data storage, and Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP and other relevant protocols |
•Ability to install and configure routers, switches, Firewall, Wireless AP(Preferred experience: Palo Alto, Fortigate , Cisco and Aruba) (3+ years) |
•Team player, resourceful, able to work under pressure, ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision |
•Experience in vulnerability discovery and remediation, security incidents emergency response, hardware, Operating System, and application monitoring, database administration including installation, upgrade and maintenance (MS SQL , MySQL , MongoDB etc) |
•Knowledge of GDPR, CPRA and relevant regulation, maintaining an MDM setting such as Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, and authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, RADIUS, Kerberos |
•Passionate about using, learning, and explaining new technology platforms and cloud services |
•Assist with the research & selection of new technologies, recommending appropriate uses of information technology as needed. |
