POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to lead and enhance their HR operations in Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands HR fundamentals but also brings a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and improve organizational performance
Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and employee development
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, offering insights and solutions to support growth
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in HR management or business-partner roles
Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
