Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Design & Development: Elicit user requirements and design the DB schema, application architecture, UI, and reports. Implement, test, and deploy to production.
  • Web application: Develop and enhance our Web-based WMS (warehouse management system) and CRM websites for both PC and Mobile access (ASP.NET / PHP / JavaScript / jQuery).
  • Mobile Application: Develop and enhance Android-based applications used in sales force and warehouse.
  • Windows form application: Creating Windows form applications to add on to our in-house developed ERP in order to satisfy new business requirements (VB.NET / C#).
  • Reports: Add and modify corporation reports (SQL / BI).
  • Deployment: Visit other facilities in the US and overseas to install ERP/WMS and train the users.
  • Operational Support: Identify the source of the trouble and fix the problem timely. Give proper suggestions to our support team and delegate the operational tasks to them.
  • Cloud: Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines and virtual networks (Azure)
 
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • More than 2+ years of development in .NET (VB.NET / C#)
  • Hands-on experience in relational database management systems such as SQL Server/Oracle.
  • Basic knowledge about networks (TCP/IP / HTTP).
  • The Japanese language is highly preferred.
