RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and executing internal audit initiatives.
- Conduct risk-based audits across subsidiaries.
- Perform JSOX testing and other audit procedures during subsidiary visits.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects with the internal audit team.
- Support JSOX compliance activities and manage external consultants.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations for enhancing the control environment.
- Stay updated on JSOX regulations and contribute to program enhancement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar certification preferred, with 3-7 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and internal control concepts.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and JSOX/SOX.
- Experience with AuditBoard or similar software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
