Responsibilities:
Support the team for providing clients (B2B) with excellent customer support and increasing corporate subscribers in the Americas through sales outreach and promotion by conducting the activities below:
 
  • Monitor existing customers and answer any inquires and requests as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and if possible, making recommendations to the management
  • Issue invoices and if necessary receipts and send them to customers
  • Provide customers with professional after-sales support to enhance their engagement and increase retention
  • Research prospective market and contact potential budget holders & decision makers through emails and calls
  • Gather testimonial/evidence for proposals
  • Keep the management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily activity reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers
  • Support the vice president of the department
  • Provide the team with general secretarial backup
  • Enter account receivables data to the accounting software, and issue and submit payment vouchers

Educational and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two to three years or more of professional related experience in marketing and sales, or a related field
  • Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities to do the job
