Responsibilities:
Support the team for providing clients (B2B) with excellent customer support and increasing corporate subscribers in the Americas through sales outreach and promotion by conducting the activities below:

- Monitor existing customers and answer any inquires and requests as needed
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and if possible, making recommendations to the management
- Issue invoices and if necessary receipts and send them to customers
- Provide customers with professional after-sales support to enhance their engagement and increase retention
- Research prospective market and contact potential budget holders & decision makers through emails and calls
- Gather testimonial/evidence for proposals
- Keep the management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily activity reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers
- Support the vice president of the department
- Provide the team with general secretarial backup
- Enter account receivables data to the accounting software, and issue and submit payment vouchers
Educational and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two to three years or more of professional related experience in marketing and sales, or a related field
- Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities to do the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support, lead generation and appointment setting
- Proactivity, readiness to learn and develop understanding of company’s product offering and value proposition
- Good research and marketing analysis skills
- Good team player with willingness to collaborate
- Willingness to work in a diverse work environment
- Highly motivated and strong desire to succeed
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Business level or higher English and Japanese language skills required
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Sufficient computer literacy to learn and utilize other software applications and digital devices currently used or to be used in the company
