POSITION SUMMARY
Join a dynamic team as a Sales Associate, supporting the Institutional Customer Division. You’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and driving sales goals. This role requires strong coordination skills and flexibility to work with internal teams and customers to meet their needs and schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Visit customer sites to maintain relationships and grow business
* Sell company products and provide high-level customer service
* Understand and execute sales plans, pricing, and product promotions
* Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, logistics, operations) to support sales goals
* Report sales activities and market feedback regularly
* Assist with inventory counts and other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS
* Japanese / English bilingual required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food trading industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication and conversation skills.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
* Willingness to travel to customer locations.
BASE SALARY USD48,00-75,000 Base (DOE) + Annual Bonus
