RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend organizational needs.
- Lead projects using SDLC, especially the Waterfall model.
- Generate clear documentation, conduct stakeholder meetings, and ensure positive outcomes.
- Liaise with end users and external stakeholders, including Japanese counterparts.
- Participate in evening meetings with the head office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of system project management in financial institutions.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (English and Japanese).
