POSITION SUMMARY
Our client, a well‑established company in the consumer goods sector, is seeking an Executive Vice President to play a pivotal leadership role at the core of its organization. In this position, you would lead a wide range of initiatives—from long‑term strategic planning to operations, finance, business growth, and talent development—driving the company’s ongoing evolution and future growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute long-term organizational strategies
Lead and inspire the executive team while fostering a high-performance culture
Explore and cultivate new business opportunities, including market expansion and partnerships
Enhance collaboration and synergy across affiliated business units
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Monitor KPIs and lead continuous process improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Financial Oversight
Manage organizational budgets and overall financial health
Lead forecasting, reporting, and financial performance monitoring
Implement revenue-enhancing and risk-mitigating financial strategies
Align financial plans with organizational culture and executive expectations
Innovation & Growth
Promote innovation in product development, marketing, and operational processes
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
Talent & Leadership Development
Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing talent
Mentor senior managers and future leaders

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of senior leadership experience in beverage or related industries
Proven track record in strategy, financial oversight, and operational leadership
Strong understanding of consumer trends and competitive landscapes
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience leading organizational growth and transformation
