JOB OVERVIEW
As the Hardlines Licensing Manager, you will oversee categories such as toys, collectibles, electronics, and others for America.
Your responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and strategizing with the Associate Director of Licensing.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Licensing: Hardlines and Senior Director of Licensing to set and manage short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Provide input for yearly revenue forecasts and advise on category strategies.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the licensing industry, product categories, and sales channels.
  • Act as the main point of contact for licensees, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring favorable terms.
  • Manage all aspects of hardlines categories, including contract execution, partnership management, and performance analysis.
  • Handle licensing documents and contracts, negotiating key terms, and collaborating with the legal team.
  • Coordinate with Product Development for product approvals, merchandising plans, and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentation decks.
  • Identify growth opportunities and fill gaps in product categories.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate royalty reporting.
  • Attend trade shows, consumer shows, licensee visits, and retail meetings as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer products licensing.
  • Proficiency in reviewing contracts and negotiating terms.
  • Strong connections in the hardlines industry.
  • Knowledge of retail markets and consumer product opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and time management.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work well with different personalities and show respect to all.


SALARY
USD 85,000~115,000
