POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is a Major financial institution and is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Sr Client Relationship in Los Angeles CA.
This position needs to commute to Los Angeles office 3 times a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of banking transactions, including loans (committed/uncommitted), foreign exchange, and deposits.
Collect, verify, and update client profile documents, including company information, authorized signers/users, and product-specific access rights.
Upload and manage digital files in internal systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Provide backup support to team members to maintain departmental productivity.
Support client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all client interactions.
Build strong relationships with key clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement client relationship strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
5–7 years of experience in client relationship management within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Bilingual in English and Japanese; additional language skills are a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and documentation.
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects.
Ability to cross-train team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

Able to remain composed and effective under pressure or during periods of change.
LOCATION Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid work environment available)
SALARY USD 65,000-75,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible for a discretionary bonus program.
