ERP Systems Implementation Specialist– Japanese Bilingual 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• As an ERP Systems Implementation Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering customized ERP solutions to clients.
• From gathering requirements to configuring systems and managing projects, you'll be involved in every step of the implementation process.
• Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to participate in presales activities, mentor junior staff, and contribute to team goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize systems to meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough testing and provide go-live support.
• Manage projects and drive additional consulting services.
• Participate in presales activities, including product presentations and proposal preparation.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team goals.
• Adhere to company values and maintain positive client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP implementation.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Japanese for client communication is desirable.
