E-Commerce Supervisor
In this role, you will oversee the Company's electronic commerce, web development, maintenance, and online sales activities.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce and Website Management
Lead the implementation of E-commerce tactical plans, overseeing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) activities, including vendor management, loyalty programs, and supply chain coordination.
Analyze e-commerce data for new opportunities.
Collaborate with global counterparts and third-party partners for an effective E-commerce platform.
Manage and enhance web platforms for optimal user experience and content compliance.
Integrate content seamlessly with broader promotional initiatives.
Execute DTC campaigns and online promotions using advertising, social media, email, and retargeting.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote, merchandise, and sell products online.
Oversee fulfillment and logistical requirements for a positive customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
More than three (3) years of e-commerce experience, preferably in snack foods or confectioneries.
Experience with web analytics and tagging is a plus.
Supervisory experience is also a plus.
Salary and Benefit
Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000
Start date: April 2024
