POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a hybrid role at a fast-growing fintech startup, involving both full-stack development and AI engineering. You will contribute to the following areas:
Development of a lender-facing platform that supports borderless AI-powered credit assessment
Design and operation of the infrastructure that powers AI applications
Building scalable platform components to support rapid growth
RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Development
Develop intuitive web interfaces for lenders and borrowers
Build REST APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI) and SQLAlchemy
Implement user-facing features for resource management (e.g., identity verification, KYC via APIs)
Create robust AI-driven workflows integrated with Open Banking APIs
Infrastructure Development
Design infrastructure for deploying Docker containers
Build high-performance networking and coordination components
Manage cloud resources including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge
QUALIFICATIONS
10–20 years of experience in software development and infrastructure
Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, React, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Familiarity with AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or RAG is a plus.
LOCATION Fully remote work available — candidates may be based in the U.S., Europe, or Japan
SALARY USD 80,000–140,000 (negotiable based on experience and skills) ※Includes stock options.
