Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support for Sales:
Collaborate closely with the sales teams, both in-person and through virtual platforms, to address technical queries and provide necessary clarifications to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Development Department Collaboration:
Engage in close cooperation with the development departments, offering expertise on technical questions and actively participating in various projects.
Proficiency in the Japanese language or native-level proficiency is essential for effective communication.
3. Documentation Review:
Thoroughly check questionnaires and approval documents for customers to ensure accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
4. Project Support and Special Tasks:
Provide support for ongoing projects and take on special tasks as assigned by superiors to contribute to the overall success of the team.
5. Market Analysis and Product Planning:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of the U.S.A. market, focusing on Automotive, Industrial, New Energy, and Home Appliance sectors.
Collaborate with the R&D Department to plan and propose new products aligned with market trends.
6. Complaints Processing:
Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
7. Information Dissemination:
Communicate information to Sales departments concerning new product launches and product changes.
Proficiency in English is necessary for this aspect.
