Accounting Staff

JOB SUMMARY
Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff member to join their team.
The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
The Accounting Staff will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and submit government forms and reports as required.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries from management regarding financial results and special reporting requests.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices.
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.

SALARY
USD 70,000 – 80,000
