RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is seeking a dynamic leader for its accounting team, responsible for internal controls, IPO readiness, and effective team management.
- Manage general accounting functions, audits, and financial statement analysis.
- Implement internal controls and ERP systems.
- Drive pre-IPO preparations.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including supervision.
- Strong GAAP and cost accounting knowledge.
- Startup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Experience in fundraising and M&A.
- Familiarity with government projects and project management.
- Multinational company accounting skills.
- Basic knowledge of venture capital funding.
- Proficient in essential tech tools (e.g., pivot tables, scripts).
LOCATION
- Torrance, CA - Full-Time
