Senior Floor Crew Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a technical troubleshooting resource, providing support to the shift supervisor.
• Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address breakdown calls efficiently.
• Mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Provide constructive feedback on employee performance to supervisors.
• Investigate and troubleshoot recurring issues assigned by management.
• Report recurring issues to the Engineering department for further analysis.
• Ensure adherence to work order protocols among floor technicians.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and address reliability and recurring issues.
• Assist in training floor technicians on proper inventory and spare parts management.
• Reinforce safety, quality, and production initiatives.
• Contribute to standardizing an efficient, effective, and cost-effective maintenance department.
   

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Experience as an Engineering Technician with expertise in equipment maintenance, repairing, troubleshooting, and critical thinking.
• Possession of a 2-year Industrial Maintenance Degree or equivalent Journeyman certification.
• 4-5 years of demonstrated experience in Industrial Maintenance is preferred.

SALARY
USD 36 per hour (USD), with additional benefits.
