Product Manager
Reporting to the Sales Leader, this role involves executing professional sales and marketing activities to expand the sales of our range of chemical specialty and foam products across various applications. Responsibilities include managing customer relations, coordinating technical support, overseeing inventory levels, resolving issues, and facilitating communication with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Marketing Activities:
- Coordinate with the Sales Leader to drive sales of chemical specialty and foam products.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies with the team.
- Identify new markets through industry sources.
- Secure new sales and maintain existing ones through communication.
- Assess client financial viability and address account issues.
- Visit customers, follow up on leads, and address product issues.
- Participate in trade shows.
Product Support & Market Research:
- Research potential markets domestically and internationally.
- Implement marketing plans and policies.
- Coordinate technical support for customers.
- Track product delivery and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels.

SALARY
USD110,000 – 120,000
