Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead/assist in project management activities
- Develop and maintain strategic plans
- Conduct market research and design growth strategies
- Generate new ideas and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally across internal functions
- Build networks and resolve issues
- Develop customer relationships
- Provide periodic performance reviews
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and build relationships
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience
- Track record of successful negotiations and relationship building
- Learning agility and willingness to adapt
- Preferred knowledge of chemical materials and electric parts market
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- English and Japanese proficiency is necessary for both internal and external communication.
- Physical mobility and ability to travel
- Valid Driver’s License
- Adaptability to varying work pressures
- Problem-solving skills
SALARY
USD120,000 – 140,000
