JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software, including PCs, printers, and phones.
- Providing technical support in English.
- PC setup, including Windows OS installation.
- Provide direct assistance or respond to inquiries via phone/email.
- Modification/updates to user manuals.
- Updates to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Over 3 years of experience in PC technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10.
- Familiarity with Active Directory functions: user addition, password reset, etc.
- Knowledge of antivirus software for corporate use and its operation (e.g., Symantec).
- Experience in document creation using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and an interest in exploring new technologies.
