POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to build and maintain a strong online presence for our brand. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive consumer engagement and brand awareness. The Social Media Coordinator will collaborate closely with influencers and designers to create and publish original, engaging content and inspiration across multiple social media platforms.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Maintain and manage the company’s social media presence across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and the company blog. 
  • Plan, create, and manage a social media content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team. 
  • Develop innovative and engaging content across multiple social media platforms, working closely with influencers and designers. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with influencers to support blog and social media initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to ensure a consistent and cohesive social media identity. 
  • Propose and contribute to creative social media strategies alongside the Marketing Manager. 
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting schedules, monitoring, and engagement. 
  • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activity to optimize performance. 
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with statistics and results for each social media account. 
  • Collaborate with Japan-based team members across time zones to ensure smooth communication and execution of social media initiatives.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered. 
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content (professional, internship, freelance, or personal projects acceptable). 
  • Strong passion for social media with hands-on experience using major social media platforms and basic social media management tools. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and editing abilities with high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. 
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, short-form video editing, or crafting-related interests is a plus.
