POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will deliver front-line customer service in a luxury showroom while supporting inventory control, delivery coordination, and entry-level valuation-related tasks. The role contributes to maintaining high service standards and smooth retail operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional, in-person customer service in a showroom environment
Replenish, organize, and track inventory with accurate records
Maintain cleanliness, visual presentation, and display standards
Coordinate deliveries and support operational workflows
Follow up with customers and handle basic service communications
Take product photos and prepare clear product descriptions
Support intake and first-pass checks of items (brand, authenticity, condition)
Record appraisal-related information and assist senior evaluators in line with SOP
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or service desks
Strong spoken and written English for daily customer interactions
Japanese language ability for internal communication (JLPT N4 or above preferred as a guideline)
Ability to handle high-value items with care and follow security procedures
Basic digital skills (POS/CRM systems, inventory tools, spreadsheets, email/chat)
Availability for shift work, including weekends and peak periods
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on experience with luxury resale, pawn, appraisal, consignment, or branded goods
Experience in stock control, reconciliation, or e-commerce/online listing support
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 or above

Working hours: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Days off: Two days per week
