POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with customers in an assigned territory. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of the sales process to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit customer sites to maintain relationships and grow business
Sell company products and provide high-level customer service
Understand and execute sales plans, pricing, and product promotions
Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, logistics, operations) to support sales goals
Report sales activities and market feedback regularly
Assist with inventory counts and other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Japanese / English bilingual required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food trading industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and conversation skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
SALARY USD48,00-70,000 Base (DOE) + Annual Bonus
