POSITION TITLE Bilingual Assistant Sales Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will be responsible for sales department of a Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer, and driving revenue growth by maintaining existing business and developing new opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new business
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
Prepare reports for senior management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
