POSITION TITLE Sales Account Representative
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-intent prospects across the U.S. and European markets, managing sales activities from initial qualification through deal closure. The role begins with handling meetings generated by external partners and is expected to evolve into full ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Sales Management
Manage the end-to-end sales process from discovery through closing for prospective customers
Inbound Lead Handling
Respond to and qualify inbound meetings generated by external SDR vendors
Contribution to Strategic Growth
Gradually take on broader BDR responsibilities, including identifying and approaching new prospects in the region
Market Coverage
Engage with large enterprise clients across industries such as pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, and retail
Autonomous Work Execution
Independently manage CRM updates, customer follow-ups, and reporting to leadership based in Tokyo
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in corporate sales (SaaS, consulting, or professional services)
Proven ability to convert marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities
Demonstrated success working independently in a remote-first environment
Native-level English proficiency
Access to a high-speed, enterprise-grade internet connection and a professional home office setup
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Conversational-level Japanese for internal communication
Experience in the SaaS industry
